Senior Application Developer

DMI is looking for a Senior Application Developer to support client needs. 

 Duties and Responsibilities:

Senior .net developer for a custom-developed application supporting client needs. This involves design, development, test, implementation, and maintaining web-based applications. This resource will support design development activities and work with other developers on the team. This resource must have the ability to understand the requirements and build the solutions in time.

Education and Years of Experience:  

• Must have Bachelors degree in related field

• Must have at least 7 years of development experience

 Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: 

• HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, and Material UI
• C# .Net
• Net Core, Entity Framework Core
• Web API/Services
• React, Redux
• The following JavaScript frameworks and concepts:
  • Asynchronous JavaScript Callbacks / Promises
  • JSON
• MS SQL Server
• SQL Server Reporting Services
• Azure DevOps - Git
• Azure DevOps - CI/CD process

Additional Requirements: 

• Single Page Applications (SPA), with a core understanding of SPA concepts and frameworks.
• Experience in Postman
• Experience in Serilog
• Experience in Azure Pipelines
• IIS hosting and related components knowledge
• Development related Azure resources knowledge
• Experience in integrating custom developed applications with COTS packages
• Experience in using GIS tools (ex. ESRI, Google)

Min Citizenship Status Required: US CIT

Physical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position.

Work Location: Headquarters:  707 N Calvert St, Baltimore, MD 21202

Work Schedule: 

• First two weeks - full time onsite / onboarding
• Hybrid Work Schedule afterwards, coordinating with manager: 2-3 days remote; in office on Tuesday's and one other day coordinated with manager
• Data Scientist - SHA Manager - Scott Banks

Distance / Location:  Client requires that resources be within a four (4) hour commute time to the office, should they need to be called in for unscheduled office time.
