The Business Systems Analyst shall assist investigators and attorneys with the seizure and securing of digital evidence.

  • Providing expert guidance on the extraction, transfer, and storage of electronic data to preserve the integrity of the evidence, documenting the chain of custody, and assisting forensic experts and attorneys in preparing reports and other written material concerning the production, analyses, and preservation of electronic evidence. Responsible for acquiring, preserving, analyzing, and producing digital evidence.
  • Work under the direction of the TOPM.


Minimum Requirements: 

  • Five years relevant experience in e-Discovery required.
  • Experienced with COTS e-Discovery software to review and analyze data around litigation, investigations, government requests, etc.
  • Knowledge of governance and storage of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) that is collected or copied from native locations in compliance with federal laws, including the E-Government Act and Privacy Act.
  • Expertise in governing information pursuant to industry standards.
  • Broad experience in the preservation of metadata.
  • Project Management certification is helpful but not required.
  • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
  • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification Category IAM Level I


Minimum Education: 

  • BS or BA degree or four (4) additional years of related experience.


Highly Desired Skills: 

  • Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS).
